ARUGULA, PEAR, GOAT CHEESE SALAD😍

Okay I’m with you, if there’s room on my plate for salad at Thanksgiving, there’s room for more mac n cheese, but this arugula salad is not just ANY salad. The pepperiness of the arugula counteracts the heaviness of most of the rest of the meal, and it’s got goodies like sweet pears, creamy goat cheese, and a figgy balsamic dressing that is just killer.
