Pear & Goat Cheese Crostini

PEAR & GOAT CHEESE CROSTINI😍

One of the easiest yet decadent appetizers, perfect for any holiday get together. The crostini you won’t be able to stop snacking on!


Tips to make ahead:

  • The only thing I recommend making ahead here is cutting the crostini. It comes together super quickly, so you can bake or broil and assemble right before serving or upon arriving to your destination.


Serves 8.

Ingredients:

For the Pear & Goat Cheese Crostini:

  • 1 loaf french baguette

  • 2 small pears, sliced thinly

  • ¾ cup goat cheese

  • ½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans

  • Honey for drizzling

  • Black pepper for topping

  • Olive oil


Directions:

For the Pear & Goat Cheese Crostini:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Slice the baguette into 1” slices and place on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 4 minutes per side or until golden brown or toasted. You can also do this under the broiler for 1-2 minutes per side.

  • Spread the goat cheese onto the crostini and top with 2-3 pear slices, honey, nuts., and freshly cracked pepper. Serve and enjoy!
