1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp grated garlic
½ cup tahini + 2 tbsps
¼ cup beef or chicken broth + 2 tbsps
2 tbsps soy sauce
2 tbsps hoisin sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce (or substitute for regular soy sauce)
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sriracha
Chili crisp for topping
Chopped green onions for topping
Directions:
For the Sesame Broccoli Beef Noodles:
Start by making your sauce by combining the tahini, 2 tbsps broth, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, dark soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha to a bowl and stir until well combined. Set aside.
Place a pot of water over high heat and bring to a boil.
Heat a large skillet on medium high heat. Once hot, add in 1 tsp sesame oil and the ground beef and saute until browned.
Add in the garlic and ginger, and saute for 1 more minute.
Add your noodles to the boiling water and cook according to package directions.
Slice the broccolini into thirds and add to the ground beef. Add in ¼ cup of broth and cover, allowing the broccoli to steam for 2-3 minutes until tender.
Once the noodles are cooked, drain and transfer to the pot of beef and broccoli and pour the sauce over the noodles. Toss until fully coated and taste to adjust for seasonings.
Top the noodles with chili crisp and green onions and enjoy!
