Miso Honey Salmon
Miso hungry for this MISO HONEY SALMON 😍
I’ve been traveling a lot lately so sheet pan dinners have been my jam - everything is done in less than 15 minutes and only one pan for cleanup. Feel free to serve this with some ginger scallion rice or leave as is for an extra healthy meal perfect for meal prep or quick and healthy family dinners.
Ingredients:
For the Salmon and Green Beans:
8oz of salmon per person (I used a big slice, but you can do 1-2 8oz pieces of salmon if you’re cooking for 1-2 people)
6-7 green beans per person
2 cloves minced garlic
1-2 tbsps olive oil
For the Miso Honey Glaze:
2 tbsps white miso paste
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp mirin (basically sweet sake but you can sub for equal parts honey)
1 clove grated garlic
½ inch grated ginger
1 tbsp soy sauce
Directions:
For the Miso Honey Salmon:
Start by preheating your broiler, and set a wire rack about 6 inches from the heat source.
In a small bowl, whisk together miso, honey, mirin, garlic, ginger, and soy sauce.
Season your salmon all over with salt and brush the glaze generously on the salmon.
Scatter a bunch of green beans around the salmon and drizzle with olive oil and season with salt.
Mince 2 garlic cloves and scatter all around the green beans and on top of the salmon.
Place the salmon under the broiler for 7-9 minutes depending on the thickness of the salmon and that’s it! Enjoy 😋
