This smoothie is packed with nutrients and immunity boosting qualities. See below for some highlights:
Turmeric - known for it’s anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties
Black pepper - makes it easier for your body to absorb certain nutrients
Kale or Spinach - both great sources of beta carotene, which is known for reducing inflammation and increasing disease-fighting cells
Pineapple - loaded with vitamin C, even more than an orange!
Ginger - more anti-inflammatory properties
Cauliflower - more antioxidants to boost your immune system and fight off infection
Carrots - more Vitamin C, also contain antioxidants, which help your body fight cell damage and inflammation
Orange juice - loaded with Vitamin C, known to help maintain a healthy immune system
Ingredients:
For the Immunity Boosting Smoothie:
1 cup frozen Pineapple
¼ cup frozen or fresh cauliflower rice
½ cup baby carrots
1 cup orange juice
1 banana
½ tsp turmeric
½ tsp grated ginger
1 tsp chia seeds
1-2 scoops of your favorite unflavored collagen (I love Further Foods brand)
Pinch of black pepper (see above)
1 cup kale or spinach (optional for brownie points)
Directions:

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high speed until creamy. Serve and enjoy!
