Ingredients:
For the Buffalo Chicken Pizza:
1 cup shredded chicken
Âź cup buffalo sauce (Sweet Baby Rayâs Buffalo Sauce preferred)
Âź tsp garlic powder
4 oz cream cheese
Âź cup milk or milk alternative
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 lavash bread (you can sub for flatbread as well)
1 oz blue cheese (optional)
Extra buffalo sauce for drizzling
Ranch for drizzling
Green onions for topping (optional)
For Skinny Homemade Ranch:
½ cup plain greek yogurt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp celery salt
1 tsp dried parsley
½ tsp dried dill
1 tsp dried chives
2-4 tbsps milk or non-dairy milk
Directions:
For the Buffalo Chicken Flatbread:
If youâre making your ranch homemade, combine the greek yogurt, garlic powder, onion powder, celery salt, dried parsley, dried dill, dried chives, and milk. For closer to a dip like consistency, use 2 tbsps of milk, or 3-4 tbsps for a more runny consistency. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to let the flavors combine.
In a separate bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, garlic powder, and Âź cup buffalo sauce and set aside.
To make your white pizza sauce, add the cream cheese and milk to a small saucepan on medium heat. Whisk periodically for 2-3 minutes until the mixture is combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees and place your baking sheet in the oven to preheat.
On a piece of parchment paper, start assembling your pizza by spreading a thin layer of the white pizza sauce onto the lavash bread (you may not use all the sauce).
Sprinkle on top with 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, then add the buffalo chicken in a thin layer. Top with the rest of the mozzarella cheese.
Once the oven is preheated, carefully transfer the pizza onto the preheated baking sheet.
Bake on the bottom rack for 5-6 minutes, then broil the pizza on high for 1-2 minutes or until slightly browned and bubbly.
Drizzle the pizza with extra buffalo sauce, ranch, blue cheese, and green onions. Enjoy!
