Charcuterie Chopped Salad

CHARCUTERIE CHOPPED SALAD๐Ÿ˜

Holiday season is here, which means our fridges are full of leftover charcuterie ingredients and what better way to use them up than a huge chopped salad ๐Ÿ˜ Cured meats, cheeses, nuts, fruits, all the like make this salad OH SO good - something even salad haters could get behind. Youโ€™re gonna love this!

Note:

There are two salad dressings I like to use with this: lemon Dijon or fig balsamic, depending on if I have leftover fig jam or not. Choose based on your personal preference!
