For the Prosciutto Burrata Arugula Pizza:

  • ½ lb homemade or store bought pizza dough

  • ¼ cup marinara sauce

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 3-4oz prosciutto

  • 1-2 cups arugula

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 1 burrata ball

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1-2 tsp Calabrian chili paste (like the Bomba sauce from Trader Joe’s or any hot sauce)

Directions:

For the Prosciutto Burrata Arugula Pizza:

  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. If you have a pizza stone, add it to the oven while it preheats. If you don’t, add your baking sheet to the oven about 5 minutes before it’s preheated.

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

  • On a lightly floured surface roll the dough into a thin pizza round. Transfer to an oiled piece of parchment paper and spread the pizza sauce on top, leaving about an inch for the crust. Top with the mozzarella, transfer to the hot baking sheet or pizza stone, and bake for 8 minutes.

  • Top with the fresh burrata and and transfer back into the oven to bake for 5 minutes.

  • Meanwhile, toss the arugula with olive oil, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Also make the hot honey by mixing the honey and Calabrian chili paste. Taste and adjust depending on your spice tolerance.

  • Remove the pizza from the oven and top with the prosciutto, arugula, and finish with the hot honey.

  • Slice and serve immediately. Enjoy!
